$2,450 incl GST for two storey steeply sloping site

THESE ARE PURELY CONCEPTUAL PLANS WITH BASIC DIMENSIONS THAT A BUILDER COULD QUOTE FROM BUT FURTHER FEES WOULD NEED TO BE DISCUSSED FOR A FULL WORKING SET OF PLANS
